San Francisco and Appleton area
We are walking the streets of San Francisco, and Appleton this summer, two of the various places that come up in the novel, with our stroller and advertisement banners in a old way peddlar manner.

Publishing

We will be celebrating the publication of the book at Driftless Books in Viroqua, WI on August 14th from 6-8 pm. There will be wine and appetizers. I will read a section of the book at 7 pm.
The Missing Spoke is also for sale at Bramble Books on Main Street in Viroqua and it's available at the public library in Soldiers Grove, WI.
We will be visiting San Francisco from August 24 - 29 and will be distributing books to bookstores there. This will be our first time back since we moved from there in 2005. We're very excited about returning there.
