So, I made a few changes and additions to The Road Onward. Since this is the third book in my Pilgrimage Trilogy, I decided that I'll just keep adding things to this book until I take my final journey to be with my Father. I might try some more fiction like I did with The Tantalizing Tale of Sassafras Sal, but lately I've been thinking about writing some songs. I came across some old papers from my San Francisco days when I was pecking on a typewriter and sampling a bottle of wine each night. Not sure if I should burn those papers of debauchery or keep them. I also found some early attempts at making my Alaska children's book about my pet rat called Buddy Boo Boo Booper. Maybe I'll try to finish it.
Our sweet dog, Alice, died this week. We got her as a pup before moving to the farm a dozen of years ago. I'm gonna miss her.
